Furniture & Home Furnishing

The ideal candidate is a motivated and well-organized professional with strong experience in sales management within the furniture and home furnishing industry, particularly luxury furniture.

The candidate should have a solid understanding of business development, client relationship management, and market expansion strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in new and existing markets within the furniture and home furnishing industry
  • Manage and expand relationships with key clients, consultants, interior designers, and project stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads across retail and project channels
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • Mentor and support the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the furniture, luxury furniture, or home furnishing industry
  • Experience in luxuru furniture brands/products is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
