- Drive sales of complete portfolio including wooden boards, natural veneer, reconstituted veneer, and laminates across KSA
- Build and execute territory plan to consistently exceed revenue and volume targets
- Hunt new business across manufacturers, fabricators, distributors, contractors, and specifiers
- Grow and defend key accounts, turning first orders into long term repeat relationships
- Work the full value chain from architects and designers through to procurement and dealer networks
- Own negotiations end to end including pricing, terms, and contracts
- Deliver sharp forecasting, clean pipeline reporting, and live market intelligence
- Represent the brand at trade events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Requirements
- 10 12 years of sales experience in building materials, specifically laminates and veneer
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Strong network in KSA construction and manufacturing sectors

Job Overview
- Drive sales of the complete portfolio wooden boards, natural veneer, reconstituted veneer, and laminates (HPL and CPL) across the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a territory plan that consistently exceeds revenue and volume targets.
- Hunt new business across manufacturers, fabricators, distributors, contractors, and specifiers and convert it.
- Grow and defend key accounts, turning first orders into long term, repeat relationships.
