- Drive revenue growth in Saudi Arabia by identifying new business opportunities and managing the full sales cycle
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (C level executives, compliance leaders, and IT teams)
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, including pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and market penetration initiatives
- Collaborate with pre sales, product, and delivery teams to tailor proposals, conduct presentations, and ensure successful deal closure
- Stay up to date with local regulatory requirements and industry trends to advise clients and strengthen competitive positioning
Requirements
- Experience in sales or business development within fintech/SaaS targeting banking and financial institutions
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing full sales cycles
- Strong relationships with C level executives, compliance leaders, and IT teams in KSA financial sector
- Knowledge of local regulatory requirements (AML, sanctions compliance, payments)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
