Role Overview

  • Madar is seeking a highly capable Sales Manager to support the company’s growth and strengthen its market position within the logistics technology sector.
  • This role focuses on developing targeted sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and securing key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients across relevant industries.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to successful onboarding.
  • Build and maintain long term partnerships with key accounts and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and high quality client experience.
  • Monitor market trends to uncover and pursue new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to support business planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8–15 years of sales experience, preferably in software, logistics, or technology services.
  • Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus, especially with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Strategic Management.
  • Preferred Professional Certifications: CSP, CPSL, SAMA Certification, CSE.
