Main Responsibilities in Hospitality Sales Management
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass company sales goals in the UAE hospitality sector.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with hotels, restaurants, and key stakeholders within the industry.
- Identify and seize new business opportunities to enhance market share and presence.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to align sales strategies with market dynamics and client needs.
- Analyse sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to drive business decisions and forecasts.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop persuasive promotions and campaigns.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven sales experience within the hospitality sector, preferably in the UAE market is essential.
- Strong understanding of the UAE hospitality landscape and market trends.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively connect with a diverse clientele.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting.
- Experience with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
