- Proactively source, prospect, and generate new opportunities across the Middle East
- Own the full sales cycle, from first outreach to signed deal
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of high value opportunities
- Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets
- Sell training and learning solutions into banks, sovereign wealth funds, and financial institutions
- Lead commercial conversations and navigate complex buying processes
- Partner with senior stakeholders to structure and close deals
- Develop relationships with decision makers and influencers across client organizations
- Expand existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities
- Represent the company in client meetings, events, and industry conferences
- Build brand presence and credibility in the Middle East market
- Provide market feedback to refine the go to market approach
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in a Hunter capacity
- Experience selling into financial institutions, banks, or related sectors is a strong plus
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals
- Strong commercial instincts and confidence in client facing situations
- Highly motivated, competitive, and results driven
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership of a region
- Willingness to travel across the Middle East as needed
