To lead this expansion, we are looking for an experienced **Sales Manager – Forex Trading** who can drive growth, build a high-performing sales team, and strengthen our position in the regional market.
Your Responsibilities
- As **Sales Manager – Forex Trading**, you will play a key role in building and leading our sales operations in Dubai while working closely with senior leadership.
- The role will report directly to the CEO / COO.
- Your responsibilities include:
- **Developing and executing the sales strategy** for trading and investment products in the UAE and regional markets
- **Building and leading a high-performing sales team**, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- **Driving revenue growth** by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones
- **Developing strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and corporate clients**
- **Advising clients on trading opportunities and investment strategies** in line with their financial goals
- **Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities** within the financial markets
- **Ensuring high standards in client servicing, sales processes, and business development activities**
- **Working closely with management, compliance, and operations teams** to ensure regulatory alignment and operational efficiency
- **Representing the company at industry events, networking platforms, and strategic meetings**
Your Profile
- Minimum **10+ years of experience in financial services sales**, preferably within trading, brokerage, or wealth management.
- Proven experience in the **UAE/GCC financial markets** is mandatory, with strong exposure to **Forex, Bonds and Equities products**.. Exposure to the Asian regions is a plus.
- Solid understanding of **DFSA regulations or equivalent financial regulatory frameworks** is required.
- Proven track record in **driving revenue growth and leading successful sales teams**
- Strong understanding of **financial markets, trading instruments, and investment products**
- Experience working with **HNWIs, family offices, and institutional clients**
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Strategic mindset with a strong commercial focus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- **Fluent English is required**; Arabic is an added advantage.
- Based in **Dubai with regular office presence**

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
