Job Overview

What You'll Be Doing
- Work closely with executives on high level business and growth initiatives.
- Participate in strategic discussions across multiple departments and business units.
- Provide insights and recommendations that influence key decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency and market positioning.
- Conduct market and competitive intelligence across Germany, South Africa, UAE and other target markets.
- Learn and explore how AI and emerging technologies can create business value.
- Support the evaluation and implementation of practical AI solutions.
- Research new technologies and identify opportunities for adoption.
- Develop insights, dashboards, reports and business intelligence solutions.
- Partner with different departments to improve decision making through technology and data.
- Build knowledge and expertise that can evolve into a future AI specialist role.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior and conversion metrics.
Essential Requirements
- Fluent German (C2)
- Strong English communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3–7 years of experience in one or more of: Business Analysis, Business Strategy, Technical Consulting, Business Intelligence, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, Digital Transformation, Technology Focused Roles
Technical Skills
- Data analysis and reporting tools
- Business intelligence platforms
- CRM systems
- Process automation tools
- AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, Copilot or Perplexity
- Other technical or analytical solutions
Additional Advantages
- Experience within DACH markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
