Role Overview

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager – Exhibitions to drive revenue growth by securing exhibition related projects, including stand construction, pavilion development, and a full range of exhibition services. The role will lead sales initiatives to expand DXB LIVE’s exhibitions portfolio

What Does the Role Involve?

  • Identify and pursue opportunities with exhibitors, event organisers, government bodies, and trade delegations.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of national and international leads.
  • Conduct market analysis focused on exhibitions and large scale trade shows.
  • Develop and nurture long term relationships with exhibitors and organisers.
  • Manage key accounts to ensure repeat business and client referrals.
  • Conduct site visits, stand discussions, and pre event consultations.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals for exhibition stands and pavilions.
  • Lead negotiations and finalise contracts while ensuring profitability.
  • Translate client requirements into practical design and production briefs.
  • Develop sales strategies for the exhibitions vertical in line with DXB LIVE’s growth plans.
  • Meet and exceed revenue and margin targets.
  • Provide sales forecasts, competitor insights, and performance reports.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Exhibition Management, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in exhibitions or knowledge of 3D design are an advantage.
  • 5–7 years of sales experience in exhibitions, stand construction, pavilion build up, or related industries within the UAE/GCC.
  • Proven track record of securing large scale exhibition projects.
  • Strong understanding of exhibition stand design, fabrication, materials, and build up processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of Expo standards, venue guidelines, and exhibition industry regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (basic understanding).
  • Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
