- Identify and pursue opportunities with exhibitors, event organisers, government bodies, and trade delegations.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of national and international leads.
- Conduct market analysis focused on exhibitions and large scale trade shows.
- Develop and nurture long term relationships with exhibitors and organisers.
- Manage key accounts to ensure repeat business and client referrals.
- Conduct site visits, stand discussions, and pre event consultations.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for exhibition stands and pavilions.
- Lead negotiations and finalise contracts while ensuring profitability.
- Translate client requirements into practical design and production briefs.
- Develop sales strategies for the exhibitions vertical in line with DXB LIVE’s growth plans.
- Meet and exceed revenue and margin targets.
- Provide sales forecasts, competitor insights, and performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Exhibition Management, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of sales experience in exhibitions, stand construction, pavilion build up, or related industries within the UAE/GCC.
- Proven track record of securing large scale exhibition projects.
- Strong understanding of exhibition stand design, fabrication, materials, and build up processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Expo standards, venue guidelines, and exhibition industry regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (basic understanding).
- Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

What You Need
