About the Role

  • We are hiring a result driven Sales Manager with deep expertise in enterprise sales across Electronic Security, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and ELV Systems.
  • You will own strategic business development, with a sharp focus on UAE government entities and large enterprise accounts in Dubai.
  • This is a pure hunting role for candidates who thrive on closing high value deals and expanding market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within UAE government ministries, semi govt, and enterprise accounts across Dubai.
  • Build and execute territory plans to penetrate target sectors: BFSI, Healthcare, Energy, Smart City, and Critical Infrastructure.
  • Lead end to end sales cycle: prospecting, solution presentation, RFP/Tender response, negotiation, and closure for ELV, Security, and IT solutions.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets.
  • Leverage existing C level and decision maker network within Dubai government and enterprise ecosystem.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with consultants, system integrators, MEP contractors, and technology OEMs.
  • Manage key accounts to drive upsell, cross sell, and long term retention.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and government initiatives like UAE Digital Government Strategy, Smart Dubai.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM. Provide weekly sales MIS to leadership.
  • Collaborate with pre sales, delivery, and product teams for winning technical bids.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 10 15 years in enterprise sales, with min 5 years selling ELV, Electronic Security, IT Infra, or Cybersecurity solutions.
  • Network: Proven, active relationships with IT/Security/Engineering heads in Dubai government and enterprise accounts.
  • Track Record: Demonstrable history of closing deals worth AED 500K+ and consistently hitting targets.
  • Skills: Strong hunting mindset, tender/bid management, C level negotiation, solution selling.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of ELV systems, CCTV, Access Control, VMS, Firewalls, SOC, Cloud, Data Center, Structured Cabling solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred.

  • Fixed salary AED 12,000 15,000 + uncapped commissions.
