About Us

  • Leading provider of cutting edge Enterprise Low Voltage (ELV) and Security Systems solutions in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE.

Position Summary

  • Seeking a results oriented Sales Manager with proven track record in ELV and Security Systems sales within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise segment in Abu Dhabi.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long term relationships with key decision makers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client needs and propose tailored ELV and Security Systems solutions.
  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
  • Proposal & Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and tender responses.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical, pre sales, and project delivery teams.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer information in CRM.

Qualifications

  • 5 7 years of progressive sales experience in ELV and Security Systems in the UAE, with focus on Abu Dhabi.
  • In depth understanding of various ELV and Security Systems technologies.
  • Proven ability to navigate the Abu Dhabi enterprise market.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Fluency in English essential; Arabic proficiency a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license required.

Salary Range

  • AED 10,000 15,000 monthly, inclusive of benefits, based on experience and qualifications.
