Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in ELV and Security Systems projects
- Build and nurture long term relationships with key decision makers, consultants, and contractors
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarm, PA, BMS
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and tender responses
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands
- Collaborate with technical, pre sales, and project delivery teams
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer information in CRM
Requirements
- 5 7 years of progressive sales experience in ELV and Security Systems in the UAE
- In depth understanding of ELV and Security Systems technologies
- Proven ability to navigate the Abu Dhabi enterprise market
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Fluency in English essential; Arabic proficiency a plus
- Valid UAE driving license required

Position Summary
- Seeking a results oriented Sales Manager with proven track record in ELV and Security Systems sales within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise segment in Abu Dhabi.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long term relationships with key decision makers, consultants, and contractors.
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs and propose tailored ELV and Security Systems solutions.
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Proposal & Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and tender responses.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical, pre sales, and project delivery teams.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer information in CRM.
Qualifications
- 5 7 years of progressive sales experience in ELV and Security Systems in the UAE, with focus on Abu Dhabi.
- In depth understanding of various ELV and Security Systems technologies.
- Proven ability to navigate the Abu Dhabi enterprise market.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Fluency in English essential; Arabic proficiency a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license required.

Salary Range
- AED 10,000 15,000 monthly, inclusive of benefits, based on experience and qualifications.
