About the Role
Sanvi Engineering is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth in ELV and Security Systems sales in Abu Dhabi. The role involves developing enterprise client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise segment in Abu Dhabi, focusing on ELV and Security Systems projects
- Build and nurture long term relationships with key decision makers, consultants, and contractors
- Understand client needs and propose tailored ELV and Security Systems solutions including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarm, Public Address, BMS
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and tender responses
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands
- Work closely with technical, pre sales, and project delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer information in the CRM system
Requirements
- 5 7 years of progressive sales experience in Enterprise Low Voltage (ELV) and Security Systems in the UAE, with a strong focus on Abu Dhabi
- In depth understanding of various ELV and Security Systems technologies and solutions
- Proven ability to navigate the Abu Dhabi enterprise market, including government, semi government, and large private sector clients
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Fluency in English essential; Arabic proficiency is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license required

Position Summary
- Seeking a results oriented Sales Manager with a proven track record in ELV and Security Systems sales within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise segment in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

Compensation
- Salary Range: AED 10,000 15,000 monthly, inclusive of benefits, based on experience and qualifications.
