Position Summary

  • We are looking for a results oriented Sales Manager with a proven track record in ELV and Security Systems sales within the UAE.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients, identifying new business opportunities, and consistently exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise segment in Abu Dhabi, focusing on ELV and Security Systems projects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long term relationships with key decision makers, consultants, and contractors to become a trusted advisor.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client needs and pain points to propose tailored ELV and Security Systems solutions, including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarm, Public Address, BMS, and more.
  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Proposal & Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and tender responses, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to effectively position our solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical, pre sales, and project delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer information in the CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5 7 years of progressive sales experience in Enterprise Low Voltage (ELV) and Security Systems in the UAE, with a strong focus on Abu Dhabi.
  • Industry Knowledge: In depth understanding of various ELV and Security Systems technologies and solutions.
  • Market Understanding: Proven ability to navigate the Abu Dhabi enterprise market, including government, semi government, and large private sector clients.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Driver's License: Valid UAE driving license is required.

Salary Range

  • AED 10,000 15,000 (monthly, inclusive of benefits, based on experience and qualifications).
