Role Overview

  • As Sales Manager – Loyalty Management & Gift Card Solutions, you will be responsible for driving direct sales and partnerships for our client’s LMS (Perk Point) and Gift Card solutions, primarily targeting mid market clients. You will work very closely with the Head of Sales to achieve revenue targe

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with our client’s business objectives.
  • Actively sell Perk Point (LMS) and Gift Card Management Solutions to mid market clients such as malls, retail brands, and new loyalty programs.
  • Engage directly with key prospects to close high value deals.
  • Drive pipeline growth and manage negotiations to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify, develop, and nurture strategic partnerships with mid market loyalty programs, retail chains, malls, and emerging enterprises.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance teams to align sales campaigns, product messaging, pricing strategies, and go to market plans.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates and forecasts to the Head of Sales.
  • Track opportunities in CRM tools and optimize resource allocation to maximize sales outcomes.
  • Stay updated on mid market industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years of sales experience in SaaS, loyalty management, gift card solutions, or payments, targeting mid market clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in mid market segments.
  • Experience selling to retail brands, malls, new loyalty programs, and emerging enterprises in UAE/GCC.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including executive level presentations.
  • Highly self motivated, target driven, and able to work collaboratively in a fast growing, high growth environment.
  • Ability to convert existing relationships into commercial outcomes in the mid market.
