Role Overview

  • As Director – Sales & Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving direct enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and regional growth across the UAE and GCC. This role requires a senior commercial leader who already has strong access to decision makers across loyalty programs, banks, airlines

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead front line enterprise sales across loyalty programs, banks, airlines, retailers, telcos, and government linked entities.
  • Leverage existing CXO and VP level relationships to open doors and accelerate deal closures.
  • Personally close high value, complex enterprise deals across our client’s platforms.
  • Activate existing relationships with loyalty operators, financial institutions, airlines, and enterprise groups to build ecosystem driven opportunities.
  • Structure multi party deals that unlock incremental revenue through our client’s interoperable loyalty infrastructure.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with our client’s overall business objectives.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high performing sales and partnerships team.
  • Oversee pipeline development across all sales and partnership channels.
  • Lead enterprise contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and commercial models.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
  • Represent our client’s at industry conferences, government forums, and partner events.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Existing, proven access to senior decision makers across loyalty programs, banks, airlines, large retailers, and enterprises.
  • 10–15+ years in enterprise sales, partnerships, or GTM leadership.
  • Track record of closing large, multi year enterprise SaaS or platform deals in UAE/GCC.
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise procurement and long sales cycles.
  • Strong executive presence and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic yet hands on sales leader.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset suited for a high growth environment.
  • Strong regional network with CXOs and decision makers.
