Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and generate new Business Setup leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their business needs and recommend suitable company formation solutions
- Present and sell the company's Business Setup, visa, corporate, and value added services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements, and negotiate commercial terms with clients
- Follow up on leads and opportunities to maximize conversion rates and achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate client records, sales activities, and pipeline updates within the CRM system
- Coordinate with the Corporate Services team to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent customer experience
- Stay up to date with UAE business setup regulations, licensing options, and market trends
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to generate new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales KPIs while contributing to the company's overall growth
Requirements
- Experience in sales, preferably in business setup or corporate services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of UAE business setup regulations and licensing options
