Role Overview
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients, delivering a professional and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients throughout their company setup and post incorporation journey.
- Request, collect, verify, and organize all required client documentation for business setup, visa applications, and corporate services.
- Guide clients through each step of the process, ensuring they understand all requirements and timelines.
- Process visa applications, renewals, cancellations, status changes, Emirates ID applications, and related immigration services.
- Coordinate with UAE government authorities, free zones, banks, and internal departments to ensure timely completion of client requests.
- Prepare, review, and submit applications while ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE regulations.
- Maintain accurate client records and update all activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor deadlines for licenses, visas, Emirates IDs, and other compliance requirements, proactively following up with clients.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with premium clients through outstanding service and proactive support.
- Ensure all client files and documentation are complete, accurate, and securely maintained.
