Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Real Estate Consultants
- Drive sales performance and ensure monthly revenue targets are achieved
- Recruit, train, and mentor new sales professionals
- Monitor team KPIs and provide regular coaching and performance feedback
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients
- Conduct daily sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and market updates
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
- Support the team during client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
- Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of UAE real estate leadership experience
- Proven experience managing a team of Real Estate Agents
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's Off Plan Property Market
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to recruit, mentor, and retain top performing sales professionals
- Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
- RERA Certification is an advantage

Job Overview
- Square Yards UAE is looking for an experienced and driven Real Estate Team Leader to lead and mentor a high performing sales team specializing in Dubai's off plan property market.

Key Responsibilities
