- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients (investors, buyers, and sellers)
- Understand client investment goals and recommend suitable property options
- Handle end to end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Track market trends, property values, and investment opportunities in Dubai
- Coordinate with internal teams and developers for inventory and deals
- Ensure excellent client servicing and post sales support
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate / property consulting
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of real estate investment and portfolio management
- Target driven with a proven sales mindset
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities efficiently
- Knowledge of Dubai property market and developers preferred
- Experience handling HNI/UHNI clients is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office preferred

Job Summary
- We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented Portfolio Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of real estate clients and investments.
