Sales Manager
- Binghatti Developers is seeking a highly motivated, results driven, and well organized Sales Executive with a passion for real estate and a proven ability to build and maintain strong client and broker relationships.
- The ideal candidate will possess in depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and demonstrate a strong track record in developer sales.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of mandatory experience in Dubai real estate developer sales.
- Strong network of local and international brokers and agencies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Target oriented mindset with the ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Dubai property market and current industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales opportunities and maximize business growth through effective prospecting and client engagement.
- Meet with prospective buyers and investors to understand their property requirements and present suitable Binghatti developments.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, brokers, and business partners.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project viewings for potential customers.
- Act as a liaison between buyers, brokers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate successful property transactions.
- Coordinate and oversee the preparation, review, and execution of sales documentation, including reservation forms, purchase agreements, and related contracts.
- Ensure smooth transaction closures by monitoring documentation, payment collections, and compliance requirements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship management.
- Maintain regular communication with broker agencies to strengthen partnerships and generate future sales opportunities.
- Represent Binghatti Developers at industry events, exhibitions, seminars, and conferences to expand professional networks and enhance market presence.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the Dubai real estate sector.
Employment Details
- Job Type: Full time
- Salary: AED 12,000 – AED 15,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
