- Present suitable real estate opportunities and provide expert market advice
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients and business partners
- Act as a trusted intermediary between property sellers and buyers
- Coordinate property viewings and showcase available listings effectively
- Negotiate and close property transactions successfully
- Oversee the preparation and execution of purchase agreements, lease contracts, and related documentation
- Ensure smooth transaction completion, including document approvals and payment processing
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research
- Represent the company at industry events, seminars, conferences, and networking functions
Requirements
- 1–2 years of Dubai real estate sales experience (developer mandatory)
- Strong local and international broker network
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Target oriented mindset with a strong desire to maximize sales performance
- Deep understanding of the Dubai property market and current trends
