Sales Manager - Investment Real Estate \| Bali, Indonesia
Salary
up to $2,000 (monthly) + 1% commission
Location
: Bali (on-site & open to relocation)
We are working exclusively with a multi-award-winning luxury real estate investment developer, named one of the top-performing international property groups in Southeast Asia for 2024.
With flagship projects across Bali currently in active delivery, they are strengthening their on-the-ground sales team with a senior closer who can operate at pace from day one.
The role
You will own the full sales cycle - qualifying inbound leads, driving outbound prospecting, conducting property viewings, and negotiating through to close.
On-site in Bali, reporting to the Head of Sales.
Responsibilities
- Qualify and convert inbound leads quickly and efficiently
- Drive cold outreach and outbound prospecting
- Lead on-site property viewings with prospective investors
- Own deals from first contact through to completion
- Hit a first closed deal within 2 months
Requirements
- 2+ years in investment real estate sales with closings from $1M+
- Based in Bali or actively planning to relocate
- Strong English (Upper-Intermediate minimum). Russian has a significant advantage. German, Spanish, French, or Arabic is welcome
- Resilient, disciplined, and thrives on long sales cycles
