Role Description

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales management, ideally within luxury residential or high end property developments.
  • Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing complex deals.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies, set targets, and manage performance metrics for a sales team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey value propositions to diverse, international clients.
  • Solid understanding of the Dubai real estate market, regulatory environment, and local business practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including coaching, mentoring, and motivating sales professionals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in the region are an advantage.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus, with a commitment to delivering a premium client experience.
