- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including coaching, mentoring, and motivating sales professionals
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
