- Strong skills in marketing communications, copywriting, and editing for ads, brochures, presentations, and online content.
- Ability to conduct and interpret market research, analyze customer insights, track KPIs, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Proven experience managing external agencies, vendors, and creative partners.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Marketing Manager role based in Dubai.
- The Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize marketing strategies to promote Segrex’s luxury residential projects, drive brand awareness, and support sales targets.
