Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Marketing Manager role based in Dubai.
  • The Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize marketing strategies to promote Segrex’s luxury residential projects, drive brand awareness, and support sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Developing integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating advertising, PR, and media activities.
  • Managing content for digital platforms, including social media, website, and email.
  • Overseeing market research, monitoring competitors, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and preparing regular reports and insights for leadership.
  • Collaborating closely with sales, design, and external agencies to ensure consistent brand positioning.
  • Organizing events and launches, managing marketing budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing strategy development, brand positioning, and campaign planning, ideally within real estate, luxury, or related industries.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management, content planning, and performance analytics across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.
  • Strong skills in marketing communications, copywriting, and editing for ads, brochures, presentations, and online content.
  • Ability to conduct and interpret market research, analyze customer insights, track KPIs, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Proven experience managing external agencies, vendors, and creative partners.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
