Responsibilities
- Lead end to end property sales across Wujod’s residential and commercial development portfolio
- Leverage existing broker and investor network to drive qualified lead generation and conversion
- Conduct property presentations, client consultations, and site tours
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
- Build and sustain long term relationships with high net worth individuals, institutional investors, and real estate brokers
- Monitor pipeline activity and deliver accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence
- Coordinate with marketing team on project launches, campaigns, and promotional events
- Represent Wujod at industry exhibitions, networking events, and client engagements
- Maintain up to date records in CRM system
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience within the UAE real estate sector, preferably on the developer side
- Established network of real estate brokers, channel partners, and high net worth clients in the UAE market
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness of the Dubai and UAE property market
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales performance reporting tools
- Valid UAE driving licence preferred
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage

Role Summary
- The Sales Manager will serve as a key driver of revenue and client growth for Wujod Real Estate Development.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience within the UAE real estate sector, preferably on the developer side
- An established network of real estate brokers, channel partners, and high net worth clients in the UAE market
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness of the Dubai and UAE property market, including off plan and ready unit dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales performance reporting tools
- A valid UAE driving licence is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage
