- Review and coordinate architectural and interior design drawings throughout all project stages
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain design approvals, permits, and NOCs
- Coordinate with consultants, designers, and other project stakeholders to develop new design concepts and project documentation
- Prepare, review, and manage design drawings, specifications, and submission packages
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate handover inspections with relevant authorities, consultants, and contractors
- Identify design and construction issues and provide practical solutions to facilitate project progress
- Support the development and execution of new real estate projects from concept through completion
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in real estate development, architectural consultancy, or construction projects

Key Responsibilities
