About the Role

Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell exhibition space and sponsorship
- Conduct telephone and face to face sales campaigns to existing exhibitors and new prospects
- Achieve and exceed set revenue targets for assigned products and events
- Develop business strategy to achieve maximum revenue through booth sales or sponsorship sales
- Develop new business from non sqm revenue sources (sponsorship)
- Data capture of sales activities/calls and updating the database
- Complete sales progress reporting (revenue vs target, activity reporting)
- Monitor debt reports and assist finance team with revenue collection
- Monitor and research the market using online resources, customer feedback, competitor events, and industry networking
- Communicate effectively with internal departments (operations, marketing, finance)
- Liaise with Associations and Trade Bodies
- Sell in and maintain relationships with agencies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 5 years of GCC experience in the exhibition and events industry
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Good written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English
- Proficient in managing database
- MS Office skills proficiency
- Valid Qatar Driver's License

Salary Package
