About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Manager** with a strong background in the hospitality industry to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining client relationships, and developing new business opportunities to maximize hotel revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve room and event revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new corporate and group business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, F&B, and Marketing departments to deliver seamless guest and client experiences.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and rate agreements in line with company policies.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
- Manage the sales team, provide guidance, and track performance goals.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure all sales activities align with brand standards and company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of **5 years experience in hotel sales or hospitality account management.**
- Strong understanding of the Qatar hospitality market and corporate client network is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Professional appearance and a high level of customer service orientation.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
