- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Set individual and team sales goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business development initiatives
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely issue resolution
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and pipeline information using CRM systems
- Represent the company at meetings, networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, if required

Job Overview

Qualifications
