Job Purpose

  • Reporting into the Sales Director, this position is responsible for generating and maximizing sales of real estate products through self generated client leads, broker leads, and company generated leads to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure that sales targets are reached and where possible exceeded.
  • Build long term and effective relationships with clients.
  • Maximize sales business through various and innovative sales channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing support and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and generate new leads.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client information, and sales activity reports.
  • Visit assigned locations to identify and target potential clients.
  • Understand and attend to clients’ needs, providing comprehensive information on real estate purchases and prices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure loyalty.
  • Present a demo of DarGlobal product ranges to clients when required.
  • Collect information and data on projects in the market and competitors.
  • Coordinate with Marketing team and represent the company in exhibitions and promotional activities.

Qualifications, Experiences, Core Competencies

  • A minimum of 3 5 years of experience in property sales or other related industries such as luxury goods and high end brands.
  • Execution & Delivery: Result oriented, ensures operational excellence.
  • Accountability: Take ownership of responsibility.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Fosters a culture of trust, collaboration and support.
  • Effective Communication: Communicates clearly and effectively.
