Role Purpose
- Lead the sales and business development activities for MV & LV switchgear, power distribution systems, and electrical solutions within the Oil & Gas market, ensuring achievement of revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
Sales Leadership & Business Development
- Develop and execute annual sales strategy for Oil & Gas sector.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop relationships with major Oil & Gas EPC contractors, consultants, and end users.
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor project pipelines and ensure maximum opportunity conversion.
- Participate in commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
- Review and approve major quotations and proposals before submission.
Strategic Account Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers and international EPC contractors.
- Establish long term account development plans.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts and business reports.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain updated customer and project databases.
- Present sales performance reports to management.
- Conduct executive level customer meetings.
- Resolve commercial issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer requirements and future projects.
Financial Management
- Ensure achievement of sales and profit targets.
- Monitor project margins and pricing strategies.
- Support collection activities and payment follow up when required.
- Participate in annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure commercial compliance with company objectives.
