- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team across the GCC region.
- Conduct training and performance reviews to support achievement of team targets.
- Build relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value sales deals.
- Develop sales channels and partnerships within the GCC region.
- Monitor sales KPIs, prepare forecasts, and present business updates to senior management.
- Analyze sales data and collaborate with other teams to improve performance and product offerings.
- Prepare and manage the regional sales budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- An MBA is a plus.
- Typically 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably within the GCC region.
- Understanding of GCC market dynamics, cultural nuances, and business environment is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities are required.
- Ability to work independently and within a multicultural team is required.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the GCC region is required.
