Overview

The Sales Manager – Conveyor Systems is responsible for driving business growth by developing and managing sales of conveyor systems and material handling solutions across industrial sectors including manufacturing, logistics, mining, cement, and Oil & Gas-related industries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for conveyor system products and solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities in industrial and infrastructure sectors
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, technical discussions, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure
  • Build strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and industrial clients
  • Coordinate with engineering teams for customized conveyor solutions
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with design/estimation teams
  • Participate in tenders and pre-qualification processes for large projects
  • Maintain CRM records and provide sales forecasting reports
