Saint-Gobain ADFORS is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to lead business development and account growth for our Construction Products business across North America.
In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for expanding sales of our industry-leading woven mesh solutions to the EIFS market and drywall tape products through distribution channels. You'll serve as a trusted partner to customers, helping them solve challenges, identify opportunities, and drive mutual success while representing one of the most respected names in the construction materials industry.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and relationship builder who can successfully manage key accounts, develop new business, and execute growth initiatives across a diverse customer base. You will work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and sales leadership to develop market strategies, deliver value-driven solutions, and strengthen ADFORS' position in the marketplace.
Drive profitable sales growth through strategic account planning and execution.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within assigned markets and territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with EIFS manufacturers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and business reviews to customers and company leadership.
Conduct organized customer visits and sales calls to understand market conditions, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
Monitor competitive activity, pricing trends, and market developments to help shape business strategy.
Collaborate with leadership on sales plans, marketing initiatives, and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with pricing programs, contracts, and payment terms while maintaining profitable customer relationships.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is required. Minimum 5+ years of work-related skill and experience in Industrial and/or B2B sales. Must be sales and service oriented and possess strong organizational skills, be thorough, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The candidate must have a valid driver’s license for business travel up to 50% of the time.

Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $92,000 to $142,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 15% of base salary based on individual performance measures, with a maximum payout of 30%. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $105,800-TTC to $163,300-TTC. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
