Market Expansion & Opportunity Identification

  • Identify and develop new trading opportunities across Africa
  • Analyse market demand, pricing, and competitive landscape
  • Source profitable product opportunities aligned with group strategy

Distributor Development

  • Identify, approach, and onboard reliable distributors across key African markets
  • Build long-term partnerships and manage distributor performance
  • Expand distribution for:
  • Beer
  • RTDs
  • Other FMCG brands within the group

Network & Relationship Management

  • Leverage existing contacts and network within Africa to drive sales
  • Build relationships with importers, wholesalers, and key buyers
  • Represent the business in negotiations and key deals

Sales Execution

  • Negotiate pricing, volumes, and commercial terms
  • Work closely with internal teams (logistics, finance, marketing)
  • Ensure smooth execution of orders and repeat business

Reporting & Performance

  • Provide regular updates on:
  • Market opportunities
  • Sales pipeline
  • Distributor performance
  • Deliver against agreed revenue and growth targets
