We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales management
Valid UAE driving license (Owen or rental car)
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
Target-driven with a strong business mindset
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets
Develop sales plans and growth strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
Identify new business opportunities and market trends

- *Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, influencers, and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the bulk influencer marketing sector.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
- Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds the established sales targets.
- Track and report on sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets.

- Experience in influencer marketing or social media services is highly preferred.
