Job Overview

  • Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista) is looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Banking Sector to drive business growth and manage strategic relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • This role requires a strong banking background, proven sales leadership experience, and the ability to identify, develop, and close business opportunities within the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets within the banking sector
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers across banks and financial institutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
  • Lead the end to end sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure
  • Develop strategic account plans and sales strategies for key banking clients
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to position solutions that address banking business needs
  • Manage RFPs, RFIs, commercial proposals, and client presentations
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting updates
  • Monitor banking industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
  • Represent the organization in client meetings, industry events, and executive engagements

Requirements & Key Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management
  • Mandatory banking industry background with strong understanding of banking operations and products
  • Proven experience managing and growing relationships with banks and financial institutions
  • Experience selling technology solutions, digital transformation services, or banking platforms is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital banking, core banking, payments, lending, trade finance, or related banking domains
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and winning enterprise accounts
  • Experience engaging with senior management and executive stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Information Technology, or a related field
