is looking for an experienced
Digital Transformation Lead
to drive enterprise-wide digital strategy and transformation initiatives.
This role requires strong strategic vision, governance expertise, and the ability to align digital initiatives with overall business objectives across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the overall corporate digital strategy
- Develop and continuously update the digital transformation roadmap
- Ensure alignment of digital strategy across all departments and business units
- Oversee digital governance including policies, decision frameworks, risk, and compliance
- Align digital initiatives with broader business strategy and organizational goals
- Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their impact on digital initiatives
- Measure the performance and success of digital programs and drive continuous improvement
Requirements & Key Skills
- **12–20 years of experience**
- in digital transformation strategy and execution
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and their impact on business and service delivery
- Proven experience in defining and implementing digital strategies at enterprise level
- Strong knowledge of digital governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
- Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives
- Experience in developing digital roadmaps and tracking performance metrics
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); Arabic is an advantage
