This role is full time, permanent, and will require regular travel within the surrounding area and between locations of responsibility.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Territory Managers.
Driving sales growth, market share, and profitability across the Sales Team.
Developing and implementing sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and business plans.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
Monitoring sales performance, forecasting, budgeting, and inventory management.
Identifying new business opportunities and market trends to support continued growth.
Collaborating with Branch, Parts, Service, and Corporate teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer success.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A growth mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
