About the Role:

Working alongside our sales and service teams, you will help customers adopt and maximise the value of John Deere Precision Ag solutions, including guidance, automation, connectivity, and data-driven farming technologies.

As a Precision Technology Specialist, you will be at the forefront of promoting and selling Brandt’s range of Precision Technology products. Your responsibilities will include:

Driving Sales : Promote and sell John Deere and third-party Precision Technology solutions to meet customer needs.

Customer Training & Support : Oversee product setup, optimization, and training to ensure customers get the most out of their technology.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with Sales and Territory Managers to integrate technology into every customer conversation. Supporting the Service Department to grow in the Precision space.

Lead Demonstrations : Be the subject matter expert in delivering compelling product demonstrations.

Accountability : Take ownership of key performance indicators in your designated territory.

Customer Relationships : Serve as the primary point of contact for customers within your area of responsibility (AOR).
