The employer is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager - Automotive to grow its presence across the UAE automotive dealer market.
This is a hands-on, market-facing role focused on opening doors, building relationships, and winning new business.

What the Employer Is Looking For
- At least five years of automotive sales, business development, or account management experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE automotive and dealership market is required.
- Existing relationships across franchise or independent dealerships are required.
- B2B sales, new client acquisition, and pipeline development experience are required.
- Knowledge of used cars, vehicle pricing, and valuation is required.
- The candidate should be comfortable engaging senior dealership decision-makers and selling technology, data, and solution-based products.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are required.
- English fluency is required; Arabic is advantageous.
Role Responsibilities
- Grow the company's presence across the UAE automotive dealer market and win new business.
- Manage opportunities from prospecting through product demo, pilot, and commercial conversion.
- Work with the wider team to turn opportunities into long-term client relationships.
