Role overview

AutoData Middle East is hiring a commercially driven Fleet & Leasing professional to lead and grow its proposition across the UAE and GCC.

The role focuses on the commercial and financial side of vehicle fleets rather than traditional fleet operations.

Core responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the Fleet & Leasing proposition across the UAE and GCC.
  • Bring data-driven fleet, valuation, risk, and remarketing solutions to market.
  • Work closely with Product, Data, and Analytics teams.

Candidate requirements

  • 6–7+ years of experience in fleet, leasing, rental, mobility, or automotive.
  • Strong understanding of residual values, depreciation, and fleet economics.
  • Exposure to remarketing, vehicle disposal, or asset risk.
  • Strong commercial and business development capabilities.
  • UAE/GCC market knowledge and industry relationships.
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers.
