Job Description

  • We are seeking a motivated and results oriented Sales Manager Arabic speaker to drive off plan property sales and build strong relationships with clients and brokers.
  • This is an individual contributor role focused on generating revenue, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute Grid Properties’ sales strategy and achieve personal sales targets.
  • Manage the end to end sales process for off plan residential and commercial projects.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through direct clients, brokers, and investor networks.
  • Conduct property presentations, site tours, and virtual walkthroughs for prospective buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and high net worth clients.
  • Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team and convert them into successful sales.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and coordination with internal teams for seamless handover and post sale service.
  • Represent GRID at industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in off plan developments.
  • Primary speaker Arabic & English and one additional language French or any other European language is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed individual sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE property market and buyer profiles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • CRM experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
