- Execute Grid Properties’ sales strategy and achieve personal sales targets.
- Manage the end to end sales process for off plan residential and commercial projects.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through direct clients, brokers, and investor networks.
- Conduct property presentations, site tours, and virtual walkthroughs for prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and high net worth clients.
- Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team and convert them into successful sales.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Ensure accurate documentation and coordination with internal teams for seamless handover and post sale service.
- Represent GRID at industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in off plan developments
- Primary speaker Arabic & English and one additional language French or any other European language
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed individual sales targets
- Strong understanding of the UAE property market and buyer profiles
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self driven, proactive, and able to work independently
- CRM experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Description
- We are seeking a motivated and results oriented Sales Manager Arabic speaker to drive off plan property sales and build strong relationships with clients and brokers.
