We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven
Sales Director
to lead and scale our sales division.
The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s sales strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, building key client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
This role requires a visionary leader with deep knowledge of Dubai’s real estate landscape and a passion for excellence.
Sales Performance & Target Achievement
- Own and drive the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all projects, serving as the primary accountability point for revenue performance.
- Develop and execute sales strategies across direct and agency channels to consistently meet and exceed agreed revenue targets.
- Produce and present weekly sales performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting actuals vs. targets, pipeline health, and corrective actions where required.
- Forecast sales volumes by project and phase, coordinating with the Business Head to align pipeline projections with inventory release schedules.
- Identify underperformance early and implement rapid-response sales interventions, across internal teams and agency networks, to protect target achievement.
Agency Relationship Management
- Build, manage, and grow strategic relationships with real estate agencies and brokerages across Dubai and the UAE.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agency partners, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
- Negotiate and manage agency commission structures, co-marketing initiatives, and collaboration agreements.
- Monitor agency performance and implement strategies to maximize sales through the agency channel.
Agency Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify, target, and sign up new agency partners to expand the developer's distribution network.
- Lead the onboarding process for new agencies, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, materials, and knowledge to sell effectively.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective agency partners and track conversion progress.
Project Training — Agency Teams
- Deliver comprehensive project training sessions to agency sales teams covering project specifications, payment plans, pricing, USPs, and market positioning.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials, pitch decks, and sales toolkits for agency use across all projects including branded residences.
- Conduct regular refresher training as new project phases or inventory releases occur.
- Ensure agency teams are confident and well-equipped to represent all projects accurately in the market.
Internal Sales Team Training & Development
- Train and coach internal Sales Managers (SMs) and Relationship Managers (RMs) on project knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling best practices.
- Develop structured onboarding and ongoing training programmes for the internal sales team.
- Conduct regular role-play, call reviews, and performance coaching sessions to elevate team capability.
- Instill a customer-first culture within the sales team, ensuring a consistent and professional experience at every client touchpoint.Market Intelligence & Pricing Strategy
- Monitor the Dubai real estate market and share timely insights with the pricing team to inform product positioning and launch strategies.
- Contribute to feasibility reports by providing on-the-ground market data, demand trends, and buyer sentiment to help identify the right price point for each project.
- Provide detailed competitive intelligence including analysis of comparable projects, competing developers, and emerging market dynamics.
- Establish and maintain robust benchmarking frameworks to ensure the developer's pricing and product offering remains competitive and well-positioned.
- Collaborate closely with the pricing, product, and development teams to align market findings with project design, unit mix, and launch sequencing.
- Track PSF trends, absorption rates, and competitor sell-through data across key micro-markets relevant to the developer's portfolio.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of building and managing agency networks in the Dubai real estate market.
- Experience in branded residence sales or luxury/lifestyle property is a strong advantage.
- Experience delivering sales training and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Hands-on involvement in pricing, feasibility, or market research functions within a developer environment.
- Strong understanding of off-plan project sales, payment structures, and the Dubai property market.
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to negotiate and close partnership agreements.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into actionable pricing and sales recommendations.
- Confident presenter and trainer with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple agency relationships simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and market data platforms (e.g. Property Monitor, REIDIN).
- Bilingual (Arabic and English) is a plus.
- Deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, regulations, and buyer segments.
