Role Overview
Drive sales for a resort and convention facility in Hyderabad.
Generate business from corporate clients, weddings, banquets, conferences, meetings, parties, and social events.
Business Development and Sales
- Generate leads and handle enquiries for resort, banquet, convention, wedding, corporate, and event bookings.
- Approach corporate clients, event planners, wedding planners, travel agencies, and other business partners.
- Conduct site visits, explain facilities and packages, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and convert leads into bookings.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets and develop corporate accounts, repeat business, and referrals.
Client and Market Management
- Build long-term client relationships and maintain a network in the Hyderabad corporate, wedding, and events market.
- Monitor competitor pricing, packages, promotions, and market trends.
- Maintain records of enquiries, leads, site visits, proposals, follow-ups, and confirmed bookings.
Event Coordination
- Coordinate client requirements with Banquets, Food and Beverage, Operations, Finance, Front Office, and other departments.
