Role Overview
Billing and Quantity Survey Engineer supporting railway infrastructure and civil construction projects.
The role requires at least five years of relevant experience and covers billing, quantity estimation, cost control, reconciliation, and contract management.
Billing and Quantity Surveying
- Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills according to contract conditions.
- Measure executed work at site and prepare quantity calculations.
- Review BOQs, rate analyses, quantity variations, RA Bills, Final Bills, and reconciliation statements.
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and project specifications.
Cost, Materials, and Documentation
- Monitor project costs and support cost control initiatives.
- Track material consumption and prepare material reconciliation reports.
- Maintain billing records, Measurement Books, and project documentation.
- Assist with project estimates, budgets, and variation claims.
Coordination and Compliance
- Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and clients for billing approvals.
