Position Summary

  • Your primary mission is to build, structure, and scale our brand new Abu Dhabi Off Plan team from scratch, operating from our Dubai headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building the Force: Recruit, onboard, and structure a high performing team of sales specialists dedicated exclusively to the Abu Dhabi off plan market.
  • Operational Blueprint: Lay the operational and cultural foundation for the department within our Dubai HQ.
  • Continuous Enablement: Conduct deep dive training on Abu Dhabi’s evolving master plans, investment laws, developer payment plans, and emerging high yield communities.
  • Tier 1 Access: Leverage your existing relationships with major Abu Dhabi developers to secure launch access, exclusive units, and bulk deal allocations.
  • Launch Strategy: Architect and execute aggressive sales strategies for major project launches.
  • Investor Matching: Actively source and manage an elite portfolio of off plan inventory tailored to HNWIs and international investors.
  • Drive Targets: Take full ownership of monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the Abu Dhabi primary sales department.
  • The Master Closer: Step into high value negotiations and navigate complex international or corporate transactions.
  • Daily Momentum: Lead high energy briefings to monitor launch pipelines, review EOIs, and solve immediate deal blockers.
  • Pipeline Velocity: Enforce meticulous CRM discipline, ensuring premium Abu Dhabi buyer leads are serviced with speed and sophistication.
  • Data Driven Pivots: Monitor conversion metrics to identify weaknesses in the sales funnel and optimize marketing spend.

The Ideal Candidate

  • The Abu Dhabi Veteran: Minimum of 4+ years of solid experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market, with a proven track record specifically in off plan sales.
  • The Leader: Preferably 2 years in a management or leadership role within a real estate brokerage.
  • Developer Connected: Deep, active relationships with key Abu Dhabi developers and comprehensive understanding of the capital's regulatory landscape.
  • The Entrepreneurial Mindset: Thrilled by the challenge of building a department from the ground up.
  • The 'Closer' DNA: Flawless reputation for closing complex, high net worth transactions and managing VIP investor portfolios.
