Role Overview
- We are looking for a hungry, energetic, and passionate Junior Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our expanding marketing team at our headquarters. If you are a fresh graduate or a junior creator looking to build an elite portfolio in Dubai's fast paced real estate market, this is your opportuni
Key Responsibilities
- Short Form Video Editing: Edit a high volume of engaging short form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) daily for our company channels and agent personal brands.
- Graphic Design Support: Help create clean, high end social media templates, campaigns graphics, and YouTube thumbnails to keep our visual identity looking sharp.
- Asset Repurposing: Take raw footage from our videographer and comfortably cut, format, and add engaging typography/subtitles for different social platforms.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing manager and Content Lead to align on style guides, templates, and creative goals.
Key Requirements
- A Strong Portfolio: Proven experience editing video and designing basic graphics. We care more about your passion, taste, and drive than years on a resume (portfolio link required).
- Software Basics: Familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) AND design platforms (Canva or Photoshop).
- Social Media Native: You understand what makes a video engaging on social media (fast pacing, clean text, trending audio).
- Eagerness to Learn: A positive, high energy attitude with the ability to take creative feedback and adapt quickly in a fast paced office environment.
- Based in Dubai: Ready to work full time from our office. Fresh graduates and junior creators are encouraged to apply!
