Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Abu Dhabi with the flexibility to work from home on specific tasks.
The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, lead and motivate the sales team, and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities include developing strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
The role also requires monitoring inventory, coordinating with other departments, and reporting sales metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Retail Operations
- Strong skills in Team Leadership, Training, and Performance Management
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Sales Strategy Development, and Target Achievement
- Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving skills
- Familiarity with retail sales software and inventory management systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market and fluency in both Arabic and English are advantageous
