Role Description
We are seeking a part-time Business Analyst for a hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with the flexibility of working from home for a portion of the time.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, evaluating business processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, developing reports, and providing recommendations that drive efficiency and innovation for the business.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights
- Proven expertise in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering and defining clear business objectives
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of Business Processes and the ability to assess and optimize workflows
- Experience in developing and documenting Business Requirements
- Problem-solving mindset and detail-oriented approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in retail or fashion industry is an advantage
